Our unique handmade Oak cheese knife is also avaiable for order with your Halo Board, or on its own. Based on the Japanese Nakari style of knife this is our own design which holds a decent edge and prevents cut maks on your board. Suitable for use with all soft, meduim and also most harder cheeses.
