Hand-turned from a single piece of English Patterned Beech this Pen Pot is a considered home for pens, brushes or other everyday desk tools.

To produce this unique material fallen Beech trees are left on their sides for between 3-5 years and during this time the patterns are formed by fungi as they break the log down. Different woodlands contain different species each with their own pattern and colour fingerprints. We are lucky enough to know someone with a woodland that produces very rare, world class examples of this natural artwork.

The cylindrical profile keeps the shape understated, allowing the natural patterns to do the talking.
