Hand-turned from a single piece of English burr elm, this piece showcases the extraordinary swirling grain that makes burrwood one of the most prized timbers in British woodworking. The dense, chaotic patterning is entirely natural, so no two pieces will ever look alike.

The Monument shape has a solid, architectural profile, designed to give the timber's figure real weight and presence on a table or shelf.

As at home on a dining table holding fruit or salad as it is displayed as a standalone object.
